Yes we are still alive here at the Hulbert House. We (meaning me, Lacey) have been concentrating on house/craft/putting in another bedroom/planting/lawn care/you name it we have been doing it projects. I noticed that Summer was slipping away fast and so instead of staying indoors and blogging (even though I love to do it), I decided to get in gear and get as many things done as I can outside before I bunker down indoors until next spring.
So sorry that our blog is boring but it is on vacation while we get as much work done as we can before the big freeze hits.

Yard Sale!
Reese and I combined with 3 other families for a great yard sale on Saturday. I don't have any pictures but I just wanted to let everyone know that our basement has been cleaned out of all the junk that was down there. Now we will be able to add yet another bedroom to the basement. So for all of you who would like to come and stay the night in the promised land (a.k.a. Cache Valley) we will have a nice and cozy room for you to stay in.

Beginning of August
Well, it has been a while since we posted last so here's an update. It's kind of large so I skipped on a lot of wording and just did mostly pictures. Enjoy!
My mom came up last week and used her green thumb to help us get some plants into our yard. Here's my mom sweeping up some clippings, our plants that were planted, and my poor smashed finger. I smashed it while moving rocks in our yard. I thought I was going to have to go to the ER I was in so much pain.
Then on Saturday, I was able to attend my friend's wedding. Beth made a beautiful bride and I am so excited for her!
Once we got back to Logan from Salt Lake and started getting back into a routine, Mason had an impromptu sprinkler party in our front yard with his friends Jake and Kate. The kids were so funny in the water and they were all drenched by the time we shut off the water.
