Growing up

That's right! Mason got a high chair for his 4 month birthday. He is growing up so fast. At his 4 month checkup he weighed in at 14 lbs. 15 oz. and was 27" long!! That's above the 95th percentile for length! He will actually turn 4 months old at the end of this week while we are in Alberta, Canada.

Sunday Walk - August 5, 2007

We went out for a Sunday walk to feed the ducks near Willow Park in Logan. The ducks didn't seem to mind the moldy bread and came right up to us. Mason liked watching them swim in the pond.

Thanks to Brett, Steve, and my dad I won some nice golf balls at the Vern Larson Invitaional. We ended up taking 3rd place overall!

Fishing Trip on The Salmon River

Guys Gone Fishing

Here are some pictures from when Reese's dad, Randy, took all the guys up to Idaho to fish the Salmon River for some Steelhead fish.

They fished directly from the boat and also fished from the banks of the river. The guys all stopped at Mackay Bar to eat. Reese said that the scenery was some of the best he had ever seen.

Ryan, Kade and Mike all caught Steelheads. Ryan had the biggest catch with a fish that was over 30"!! Dean, Randy's friend (not pictured) also caught a Steelhead but had to release it because it wasn't a hatchery fish.

Reese said that this picture wasn't planned but I think it might have been.

Getting Ready For Baby

My parents brought up an old dresser that Sara and I used when we were little. Since we got it for free, we decided to update it's appearance with a little Sierra Brown gel stain.

Reese already took the hinges off of the door so he had to hold the door in place with his heel when this picture was taken. That's why he's striking a pose...that's what he says anyway.

TA DA!!

Here' s the dresser all painted and ready for Reese to start changing some dirty diapers. We also put the stroller and car seat together as part of our evening in.

Look at my belly! And it just keeps getting bigger!

My parents also got us a cover for the car seat to keep the baby warm...or to keep 'Colby' warm for the time being.

I got invited to a speacial leadership event for ACN and got to party in a stretch hummer!

February Update

Hey Everybody! Reese and I are getting anxious to have our little guy come. As of yesterday (February 6), we only have 2 more months until he's here. We haven't even bought a crib yet but I'm sure we'll do it soon.
We've both been pretty busy. Reese is studying for his Series 7 Exam. He not only works full-time at Wells Fargo as a licensed banker-he's #1 in the western states, he also works ACN every spare minute he has, and he studies for his Test at least 3-4 hours a day. He's amazing. Give him some love next time you see him. I, on the other hand, am working as a Loan Processor at Wells Fargo Financial full-time, and studying to become a medical transciptionist.
If that isn't enough, we just moved! Reese and I recently applied to be property managers of an apartment complex and we got the job! So we are currently renting out our house to a family of six-really great people- and we just moved into one of the newly remodeled, 3 bedroom apartments. (Keep in mind, this whole process took no more than 2 1/2 weeks...from the time we applied, put up a For Rent sign, and moved)
We both hope all of you have a great Valentine's Day spending it with the one(s) you love.

I went around showing everyone my stud of a son until Lacey pointed out that I was looking at the wrong body part. I was looking at the upper leg when really his "manism" is that little triangle underneath. Ha ha ha
