SHOUT OUT!!

Reese, Mason and I just want to give a shout out to my brother Brett and his wife Lynette for doing awesome in the USCAA (United States Collegiate Athletic Association) National Basketball Tournament. They both play basketball for Southern Virginia University. Here are some highlights if you missed the action...

• Brett and his team ended the tournament strong and in his last game he made 3 out of his 4 shots from beyond the arc (aka 3-pointers). He also tied for the most rebounds and had the second highest field goal percentage on his team. He helped his team take away a 5th place finish!

• USCAA four-time All-American and starting guard, Lynette Adams-Schroeder, our sister-in-law, exploded for 35 points, 9 rebounds, 3 steals, and 3 assists,which helped send her team to the semi-final game! She played the entire 45 minutes of her first game as well as playing over 35 minutes her other 2 games. Her team pulled away from the tournament with an outstanding 3rd place finish!

We just wanted to let everyone know how proud we are of Brett and Lynette. This was the end of both their senior years.
